hello friends welcome to my youtube channel techsoul i am nishant here with a new tutorial on how to install android 7.1 nougat official nightly release cm 14.1 rom on your moto g or g2 or any moto device so, after a long wait of two months cynogenmod has released nightly version update

i have already unlocked my bootloader and flashed custom recovery and also rooted my device so, you have also to do this all for flashing any custom rom on yor device so, if you want to do this all then checkout my other videos which i have given link in description below or you can also check out my playlist

through which you can root ,flash custom recovery on your moto device and also you will be able to unlock your bootloader so first of all you have to unlock your bootloader then you have to flash custom recovery and after that you have to root your devices ,you know all these things you will void your warranty lose your data so please back up your data before doing all these steps so let's go

further and i think that you have done all these steps then you ready to move forward so so now open your browser and in google type cynogenmod moto g here you will see the first link falcon cyanogen mod downloads or you can also search cynogenmod.org, if you are planning to flash cm14.1 rom means android n 7.1 on your moto g then

you have to download this cm build so i have already downloaded this build you have to download it so that you can move forward and if you are planning to flash this rom on your moto g2 then go down below and in motorola section here you have to go to motorola moto g (titan) g 2014 (titan) and click on it and here you

can see your list will appear titan nightly update of cm 14.1 as per date today 12-11-2016 try to download the latest one so click here and download i have already downloaded it ,i am not going to download it, after downloading it you are ready to install this rom, now let's move to our motorola device i am using my moto g xt1032, so lets flash, so here is

my motorola moto g xt1032 now i am going to flash cm 14.1 means android 7.1 rom i have already copied cm 14.1 falcon nightly released rom to my moto g xt1032 sd card and also opengapps ,so now go to your settings and go to about phone and click build number several times

and go to devoloper option and enable usb debugging make sure that you have enabled usb debugging now first of all switch power off your phone now we have to enter in our fastboot mode so that we can in recovery mode make sure that your battery is charged up to fifty percent, its safe

for flashing, so let's enter in fastboot mode by pressing this power button and volume down button for 5 seconds, so here we go i have opened my fastboot mode now we have to enter in recovery ,so press vol down button for highlighting recovery and press vol up button for entering into recovery ,so here we go

here this screen comes warning bootloader unlocked we can remove it, you can see in my other video, how to remove this warning screen so, twrp recovery is opening now and now we have to install so first of all we have to wipe our data so click on wipe and click on format data, you can format it or only we have to wipe data, cache and dalvik .so here i will swipe to factory

reset so here we go and we have wiped our cache memory and dalvik memory. now, we have to installed so click on installed and since i have placed my cm 14.1 rom and opengapps on my sd card so here we can see we can also select storage on clicking on storage and you can select sd card or usb otg so click on cm 14.1 rom and

swipe to install yeah here we go now it's installing cm14.1 rom its patching system now,yeah we have successfully flashed cm14.1 so ignore these two unknown commands ,go back and now we have to flash open gapps 7.1 so,click on it and swiped to install now it is installing opengapps

it will take some minutes to install so wait i have given link of downloading open gapps and cm14.1 rom in my description down below so you have to download it from there,now installation is complete so now reeboot our systems it after rebooting within 20 minutes if your system did not open then enter again in recovery and wipe cache memory

and then the reboot system so i'm going to wipe my cache memory yeah it's done, now go back and reboot my system. since this is our first boot so it will take some time so keep patient and wait for some minutes here you can see the cyanogenmod logo is appearing on the screen so after 2-3 minutes

this is screen has appeared cm welcome screen ,so i will select my language english and click on next here to enter my password so my device is connected to wi-fi and click on next ,i will not use my mobile data here i have to enter my account details so i wil enter. so i have entered my account details and click on accept. yeah, backup device,data,

google location ok click next next next and next now my welcome screen has appeared and here you can see cm 14.1 motorola moto g android version 7.1 you can see here nougat logo so we have successfully flashed and android 7.1 on my motorola moto g xt1032 and it's

working fine here you can see ,this is quite good and in setting this option is there and also split screen option is there so default trebuchat launcher is there if you want to install other launcher then open your play store and install pixel launcher which is working quite good so i'm going to install pixel launcher, now i will
