if the devices is connected with the ac adaptor. the next important point in order to initiate the process disconnect the device from the power source. or from computer. i have removed from my cell phone the sd card. meanwhile i doing an backup at the computer the mobile network card (sim) have i left there. on the top of the device you have the volume level keys.
