hey guys, it's jay kapoor here and in this video i'm going to show you some best tips and tricks of xiaomi redmi 2. *intro music playing* you can use these tips and tricks on any phone running miui 6. so let's start. so let's start from the lockscreen. if you press the home button for 5 sec. it will trigger the flash light. you can access the camera quickly by swiping right from the lock screen. so once your object is focussed, you can adjust the exposure easily by revolving this dialer. if you want to shoot fast motion videos. so just go into camera then video then swipe from the bottom and you'll see fast motion. just turn this option and record your video. a sample of this fast motion video is on the screen right now

if you want to increase the quality of pictures and videos. just go into the phone settings, then go into camera then select picture quality to high instead of standard and video quality to full hd. now it will record videos in full hd 1080p instead of 720p. just make sure you got enough space. if you want to give your phone to somebody and don't want him or her to see your messages, notes, pictures and incoming calls. you can go into the phone settings then privacy and you can turn on the guest mode. now the user won't see any personal data. you can also password protect this guest mode. if your phone is hanged or not responding. what you can do, is to just hold the power button for 10 seconds and it will auto reboot. if you want to change the tone of dial pad, the keypad in which you type the numbers from here. if you want to change the tone into the piano tone. what you can do is to just go into the settings, then call settings,

then dial pad touch tones and it will be set to default. change it to piano keys. in miui 6, there are 2 view modes in multitasking tray. so to access the multi tasking tray, just press the menu key once and if you want small icons like miui 5, you can just pinch out. and if you want iphone style multitasking, you can just pinch in and it will be like iphone style multitasking. the miui launcher can move, delete multiple apps at once. just press the menu key for 3 seconds and select the apps you want and now you can slide like this. you can delete them or you can move them into a folder or a new screen. if you want that network speed indicator in the status bar which tells you how much speed in kbps are you getting. then go to phone settings, then notifications then just turn on show connection speed and it will show the speed that you are getting. you can also show service provider if you want to show off your
