this fault code can shut down the drivesystem. the drive system could very well be fine, you as a consumer can reset the motor. no tools are required. please followthese 3 easy steps. one: power down the unit by unplugging the washer from the outlet. two: wait approximately one minute and plug the washer back into the outlet. three: you now have 30 seconds

after the unit is powered up to lift andlower the lid six times. once you start lifting and lowering thelid, you must complete the cycle six times within 12 seconds. in order to perform this actioncorrectly, look at the underside of your lid andyou will see a magnet in the front right corner. when the lid is closed, this magnetactivates the lid switch
