this is coming back at you because this is stuffyou keep asking about and everybody still wants to know more about the light bars. the one that we're gettinga lot of questions about right now is something that webasically invented ourselves and it's our behind the grill kits. so what we've done, this isa 40 inch, behind the grill of a, what do these all fit?

'07 to '13? so this is a kit thatwe sell for '07 to '13. some guys are buying these kitsand then just making tweaks and changes and making it fit different makes and models too. but on the website, you'll see that we have 'em specific to vehicles. so that would be the'15, '16, 2500 silverado. and then we also have it

for the '14, '15, '16, 1500 silverado, would be the same kit. and what i'm pointing atis the 30 inch and 40 inch hidin' behind the grill on this one. what we're doing is, weinvented these little bad boys. we call them the extrememounting bracket or the emb. it's a big ass, i believeit's quarter inch steel and then we're having them laser cut and then they're laser cuttingthese giant slots in here

and then powder coating 'em. what this does is itallows you to mount it and a lot of times with the kits we'll include the self-tappersand the stuff that you need. it allows you to mountit wherever's convenient. so, on the older trucks, i believe like the '99 to '06 silverados, they've got that radiator support in there and if you just tap into that bad boy

at any height that works perfect for you, then it allows you totake the feet that come with the typical light barand mount 'em on these slots and then set up youradjustment to basically, center it wherever you want. even if this whole bracket was off center, there's usually enoughadjustment that you can move over and still get that lightbar to mount up in there. so they're really versatile,you can use these on

atv, side by sides,that kind of stuff, too. if you can find a wayjust to mount them up, then you can start mountin'light bars to these things. so a lot of these are sold with kits. that's when you're goingto get the best deal, but you can also buy thebrackets all by themselves. when you start buying theblack label light bars that we have on customoffsets.com, we start throwing these inat a little better price

because you can basicallyget the whole thing as a kit. so, for instance, that one, this one's using the regular feet. so this one, let me slow down. this one, is just using the standard feet that come with the lightbar, and then the emb. that one, when you order the kit, at least for the bottom 40 inch,we include what we also use for our chevy silverado bumper kits.

we include these feetwhich have the slots, and give you a lot more play than the standard lightbar feet that come with. and it's also slotted this way. so we use those same thingsin a lot of our bumper kits because it gives youa lot more adjustment. so now you have up anddown and side to side, in and out adjustmentsso that you can get it perfectly centered or cut thegaps the way you want 'em to.

so, the bars that we're primarily using, if you didn't see it lasttime, they come with a harness, they come with a bluetoothcontroller and it's as quick and easy as plug and place. so you literally, redon the battery terminal, black on the negative battery terminal. then you bring power over toyour bluetooth controller. snap that together and then youbring power over to the bar. you take the other end ofyour bluetooth controller,

go to the bar, and nowyou're all powered up. so installs super easy. it comes with two switches. it's gonna have a switch thatyou could place inside the cab on the actual harness, it's hiding on me. and that's just gonna be acomplete kill switch, off and on. or you could just tuckthat underneath the hood if you don't need access to it. a lot of guys like having it in the cab

because then once it's lit up, you know that light bar's on and you're accidentallyflying down the highway with your red and blue flasher on, which will get you put in jail. so what you want to do, ideally, is put that where you can see it. some guys, though, theydon't want to go through the effort of puttin' thatthing through the firewall,

so they'll just tuck it down underneath and use it for a dead man's kill switch. and then on the bluetooth,it's gonna have an override. so this is just a clicker,as you click through it, it'll click through the different patterns because these light barshave completely built in rgb, red, green, blue and it all can be had on a free bluetooth app, the led im, which there's a pamphletthat comes with the bars

that tells you exactly how to do all that. and then everything can be run from bluetooth from your phone. so you can do all sorts of fun stuff and it's also all dimmered,which is super unique. i have not seen that withanybody else's bars yet. so you can run dimmers andthen you can run flashing so fast that your friends have seizures on the way to the walmart meet.

so that is that and you caneven do it with the whites. so you can go super bright oryou could just glow that thing and cruise around untilthe local pd picks you up because you're still notallowed to do that either. i hope that helps. the moral of our storyis we have these kits for 20 inch, we have 'em for 40 inch, we have 'em for 30 inch. we're putting them indifferent vehicles all the time

and then what we'll do is we'll load up that complete kit on the site. what we do that most people don't do, when we sell you these kits, we also include a lot of the hardware. so there's one for the gmcwhere you actually have to space it out becausethere's a cooler back there and we'll actually includethe spacers and the bolts. so you'll have everythingthat you need to install it

because we've put these inall the different vehicles that we sell 'em for,so we know what you need and we try to make it all plug and play, so that you can just got totown and throw it together. and a lot times we'llalso include a colored, step-by-step instruction sheet, if it is a little more complex. if there is no sheet, oddsare, it's pretty simple, so you should be fine.
